Molina Technologies Buyer Map

Your site speaks first to learners, career changers and recent graduates, so the organizations on this page are the other side of your placement work, the employers and recruiters who hire the people you train.

It covers the groups of organizations that hire for service management, QA testing, cloud, data engineering and software roles, who usually signs off on those hires at each, and where your training and placement offer fits.

Where the hiring organizations sit

Counts are organizations, banded on purpose. A group with no clean public count says so.

Who usually signs off on a hire

Titles vary by firm size. In smaller firms one person often holds two of these roles.

What each group is usually hiring for

IT services and consulting firms staff client projects, so they need people who can start on a delivery team quickly, often in service management, QA testing and cloud work. The resource manager feels the gap first when a project is sold and the bench is thin.

Software publishers hire QA testers, test automation engineers and developers as products grow. The engineering manager owns the need and the recruiter runs the search.

Cloud hosting and data processing providers hire cloud engineers and data engineers to run and grow their platforms, and they value people who arrive with hands-on project work.

The groups without a clean public count

IT staffing and technical recruiting firms sit inside the wider staffing industry, and the public codes do not separate the ones that place technical people, so there is no clean public count for them. They are often the fastest route to placements because they hold open client roles every week.

Large employers that run their own service management and IT operations teams, such as banks, insurers, health systems and universities, are spread across every industry code. Their IT service management lead or director of IT operations is the person who needs trained platform administrators and service desk staff.

Where to start

A ready bench for service management projects

Your site centers on service management platform training and placement. IT services firms that deliver those projects need trained people on short notice, and a standing bench offer to their resource managers fits how they staff work.

QA and cloud hires for growing software and hosting teams

Your QA testing, cloud computing and data engineering programs line up with the roles software publishers and hosting providers hire for most. A short note to the engineering manager with the skills your learners finish with is a direct way in.

Recruiter partnerships for steady placements

Your site already points learners to recruiter connections and employer referrals. Technical recruiting firms with open client roles are a repeat channel, and one relationship there can carry many placements a year.

Built from public federal registries and the company's own website, counts banded deliberately.
